Preorders

Preorders let you reserve upcoming products before they're released. Depending on the product, we may accept either a deposit or full payment at the time of order. For deposits, we'll securely save your payment method (with your consent) to charge the remaining balance when the item ships.

We ship preorders within 3-5 business days of receiving stock. Release dates are estimates provided by manufacturers and may change.

Yes, you can cancel your preorder for a full refund at any time before it ships. Once your order arrives, you have 14 days to return it for any reason - just email us and we'll arrange a refund. For orders with multiple preorders, each item can be cancelled individually before it ships. Email us at support@staging.zerovariant.co.uk to cancel.

In stock items ship immediately. For UK orders, preorders and backorders ship individually as they become available. For international orders, we wait until everything has arrived before sending one combined shipment.

Backorders

A backorder is for items that are temporarily out of stock but expected to return. Unlike preorders (for unreleased items), backorders are for existing products awaiting restock.

Yes, you can cancel your backorder for a full refund at any time before it ships. Once your order arrives, you have 14 days to return it for any reason. Email us at support@staging.zerovariant.co.uk to cancel.
Payments

Yes, all payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never store your raw card details - when you choose to save your payment method (for example, for preorder deposits), Stripe securely stores a tokenized reference that allows us to process future payments.
Returns & Refunds

You can return items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused and in original packaging. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

We process refunds within 14 days of receiving your return. Please allow 3-5 additional business days for your bank to process.

Please take photos and email us at support@staging.zerovariant.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

No, all our products are brand new and sealed unless explicitly stated otherwise.

We understand box condition matters. Let us know in your order notes if you have specific requirements - we'll do our best, though we're limited by how items arrive from suppliers.

We take great care with every order. Items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. For carded figures and delicate collectibles, we use additional protective materials. We're collectors too - we know how disappointing it is to receive a damaged item!
